Leeds United hailed amid Manor Solomon transfer latest at Tottenham
James Marshment has hailed Leeds United for the impending signing of Tottenham winger Manor Solomon.
The Whites are on the verge of signing the 25-year-old [Paul O Keefe] on a season-long loan deal ahead of a medical to be completed on Saturday [24 August].
Marshment, editor at TEAMtalk, commended the move on his X account [23 August] and backed the winger for success at Elland Road.
He posted on X (24 August): “Manor Solomon is a REALLY good signing for Leeds if all goes to plan on Saturday. Was unplayable at times a couple of years back and it was that form that earned a move to Spurs. Not worked out there but hopefully he comes to Leeds with a big point to prove…”

Daniel Farke is determined to deliver on his promise and add four more players to his Leeds squad before the 30 August transfer deadline.
That is two down, two to go, with Solomon set to follow Largie Ramazani through the door at Elland Road as the final pieces of the side finally start to come together.
Leeds fans were starting to get anxious heading into the final week of the summer window with replacements for Crysencio Summerville, Archie Gray, and Georginio Rutter still needed.
Summerville was a standout performer last season with 20 goals and nine assists in the Championship last term. If Solomon and Ramazani can match those numbers this season for a combined fraction of the cost of the Dutchman’s sale to West Ham United that will be fantastic business for Leeds.
Solomon was determined to remain in England [Shay Lugassi] with only six appearances for Spurs last season after an injury-hit campaign on loan to Fulham the season prior.
The Israeli international is determined to prove himself in English football and regular game time in the second tier will be important for his development.
Farke has secured a player with all the tools to become a massive success at Elland Road on a deal with low risk and the potential for high rewards, this may turn into a permanent move should Leeds secure Premier League promotion this season with Solomon at the forefront.
