Leeds United transfer roundup: Double raid on as Harry Wilson latest drops

Published on

Leeds United are set to kick off their transfer business in earnest with the arrival of Harry Wilson this week.

Wilson is a free agent after leaving Fulham at the end of the 2025-26 campaign.

The Wales international enjoyed his best season in the Premier League last time out, as he scored 10 goals and assisted a further seven.

Leeds have yet to make any new signings since the window opened last month, but others could be set to follow Wilson.

That includes a double raid on one club abroad, while a central defender has also been linked.

There is also news of outgoing activity at Elland Road as MOT Leeds News rounds up the key transfer talk from the past 24 hours.

La Liga rules could hand Leeds advantage in Natan pursuit

Real Betis ace Natan appears to be the latest name on Leeds' radar in their search for a new left-footed central defender.

Pascal Struijk needs replacing and, while Ousmane Diomande has been touted as a big-money target, another player could do with being signed.

And Leeds may be boosted in their pursuit of Natan by a La Liga rule that prevents clubs from naming more than three non-EU players in their matchday squads.

Betis already have too many on their books, with Natan a player they are potentially looking to offload this summer.

Harry Gray exit potentially hours away

It has been known for a while now that youngster Harry Gray is heading out on loan to Sheffield Wednesday.

The Owls have seen off competition from Huddersfield Town for the striker's signature.

It appears Wednesday will announce a deal for Gray imminently as they plan for him to be with the rest of the squad at St George's Park this week.

The 17-year-old, the brother of Archie, spent time on loan with Rotherham United last season.

Harry Wilson and Leeds announcement still on course

Leeds fans can be forgiven for wondering if the deal previously reported to be in place for Wilson is still set to be announced.

It has been a few weeks now since news first dropped of that agreement being reached with the 69-cap Wales international.

In a new update on Monday, the Yorkshire Evening Post's Graham Smyth reiterated there is nothing to be worried about.

Leeds are set to announce the signing of Wilson "this week", once various media duties are dealt with.

Zion Suzuki not only Parma player Leeds want

Leeds' interest in Zion Suzuki is well documented this window, with the Whites still favourites for the goalkeeper's signature.

There is also another Parma player on Leeds' radar, too, in defensive midfielder Mandela Keita.

Leeds have made an approach for Keita, in fact, so it could be a double raid on Parma.

The Italian side are looking to sell players, with Suzuki and Keita two of those likely to move on.
