James Trafford is next on the agenda, with Daniel Farke hoping to land the Englishman from Manchester City in a deal worth £45million.

The shot-stopper could come to Elland Road on wages of £130,000 per week following the departure of Karl Darlow, with Lucas Perri ready to join Torino on a loan deal that includes an obligation to buy.

But, Leeds will need to sanction more sales before the end of the window, with several players still uncertain over their respective futures.

Sky Sports have reported on Saturday that Gnonto and Piroe are among others who are "likely" to be moved on by Leeds this summer.

There have been suggestions that the pair would depart after being linked with a move away in the winter window.

If either were to leave, it would make for a bittersweet feeling for Leeds fans, who watched them play a big part in helping them get promoted back to the Premier League.

Farke's side survived relegation last season, and now the ambition is to be a contender once again in both domestic and European competition.

Piroe and Gnonto have featured for Leeds in pre-season, as the pair most recently played in the 1-0 win over Sunderland, both coming off the bench to see out another positive result before the new campaign gets underway.

While not much has been said about where Piroe and Gnonto could go, there have been some early suggestions that give some insight.

MOT Leeds News previously gathered information that Gnonto was of interest to Freiburg, and though a deal hasn't been agreed, nothing has been reported to say that the Bundesliga side's interest has wavered.

There are likely to be other clubs across Europe who admire the Italian forward, who could recoup a net profit gain for the Whites on their records.

Piroe refused to leave Elland Road in January after Rangers came knocking, doubling down on his ambition to stay and fight for his place.

With Leeds said to be keen on signing another striker, Piroe is unlikely to be part of Farke's plans and will have to move on for his own benefit.

Previous rumours suggested he could return to the Netherlands, while Championship interest would also be present.
