Wilfried Gnonto transfer agreement for late Leeds United exit
Wilfried Gnonto is set to join Fiorentina from Leeds United.
In the final hours of the transfer window, it looks like the Italian winger is on his way to Stadio Artemio Franchi.
The 22-year-old has been heavily linked with a return to Italy in recent months and he's about to do so finally.
Fiorentina seem to have found an agreement for Gnonto's transfer at Elland Road.
Daniel Farke hasn't relied much on the forward since the West Yorkshire outfit's promotion to the Premier League and it isn't surprising that he's close to leaving.

Wilfried Gnonto transfer details emerge at Leeds United
Gnonto has been pushing to join Fiorentina and the attacker could finally be getting his wish.
La Viola have been pursuing the West Yorkshire attacker's signature alongside Everton's Beto.
According to Sportmediaset on 31 August, in addition to signing the Guinea-Bissau striker, the two-time Serie A champions have also gone for Gnonto, with the deal "complete".
The Italian forward is expected to join Fiorentina on loan for the rest of the 2026-27 campaign.
There's no mention of whether La Viola will have an option to buy the winger from the Whites.
Why Elland Road transfer pursuit set to accelerate after Wilfried Gnonto latest
If Leeds are going to lose Gnonto, they will surely have a replacement ready, given his fan favourite status.
Mykhailo Mudryk is still a target at Elland Road and the Italian forward's exit could indicate that the Whites may accelerate a deal for a new attacking addition.
Farke wouldn't want to navigate the season with a lack of depth in the attack and the situation in LS11 will be worth keeping an eye on.
The Peacocks also could do with more competition up front, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha the only two natural strikers at the German manager's disposal.
Dan James' unreliability due to persistent fitness issues will also give 49ers Enterprises some food for thought going into deadline day.
