What Leeds are waiting on in final hours of window as Wilfried Gnonto left in limbo
Wilfried Gnonto's future hangs in the balance as Leeds United work on bringing in a new attacker.
The 22-year-old has already travelled out to undergo a medical with Fiorentina.
In fact, Gnonto was pictured in a Fiorentina kit late on Monday night.
Leeds are happy to sign off on the exit on deadline day, but only if they can first bring in a replacement.
And an update has now been shared on where the Whites stand in that search.

Is Wilfried Gnonto's exit set to go through at Leeds?
Gnonto is clearly not part of Daniel Farke's plans, with an exit always seeming pretty likely this window.
However, it is only in the past few days things have really ramped up in that regard.
Gnonto is sat waiting to finalise his move to Fiorentina, but all the cards are now being held by Leeds.
As per the Yorkshire Evening Post on Tuesday afternoon, Leeds are waiting to see if an option becomes available to them late in the window.
This certainly does not sound as though the West Yorkshire outfit are being proactive in finding Gnonto's replacement.
As things stand, Gnonto will be remaining at Elland Road until at least January.
And the bad news for the Italian is that there is a different deadline for Leeds to work to.
Why Gnonto will get his answer in next four hours
Premier League sides have until 11pm on Tuesday to conduct their business.
However, the deadline over in Italy is at an earlier 7pm UK time, so that means it really is a race against time.
Leeds have been linked with plenty of attackers throughout the window, but nothing seems to be close to completion.
Unless something comes out of the blue, Gnonto may have to check flight times back to the UK and return with his tail between his legs.
