The attacking midfielder put pen to paper on a four-year deal that will keep him at Elland Road until the summer of 2030.
As part of that, Valuball suggests that he is paid £75,000-a-week, equating to around £3.9million-per-year.
That represents a positive spend for a player of such quality, even if he's struggled so far.
What's going wrong for Wilson at Leeds right now?
It is suggested that the ex-Liverpool youngster is being paid the joint-sixth amount in the entire Leeds squad.
Despite that, he is yet to truly get a fair share of minutes after being limited to just 128 so far in the Premier League.
That has made life difficult for him as he continues to settle in with the Whites.
To have only made one start and two further substitute appearances, he will have been hoping for more.
