Tarik Muharemovic makes Leeds United history with 29-year first at Elland Road

Tarik Muharemovic has lived up to the expectations at Leeds United so far.

The Whites signed the centre-back for around £34million after impressing at Sassuolo and at the 2026 World Cup with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

So far, it looks like the 23-year-old could become the next big star in LS11, seamlessly replacing Pascal Struijk in the backline.

Muharemovic has had a strong start to life at Elland Road, with Daniel Farke's team unbeaten in the first four games of the Premier League.

Not only has the Bosnia and Herzegovina international brought his defensive qualities to the West Yorkshire outfit, but he has also contributed up front.
