Leeds United predicted XI vs Sunderland - Noah Okafor to be axed in rare Daniel Farke change
Leeds United travel to Sunderland next as they look to return to winning ways in the Premier League.
The Whites come into this one off the back of that fiery 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Elland Road.
Daniel Farke and his squad were left disappointed in LS11, showing just how far they've come after a tight defeat at Arsenal, too.
Now, it's Sunderland next at the Stadium of Light on Sunday.
Currently sitting bottom of the Premier League, Leeds will look to take advantage of their slow start.
That won't make it easy, though, and MOT Leeds News believes one change could help the Whites.
How will Leeds start vs Sunderland?
It's hard to see much change at the back.
James Trafford could do nothing about Bryan Mbeumo's goal on Sunday, and should start again in the North East.
So should Jayden Bogle and James Justin, who were a dangerous pairing down the right consistently, getting most of the possession.
It's hard to see Tarik Muharemovic or Nico Elvedi being dropped, even with Joe Rodon returning soon.
And finishing off the back five will likely be Gabriel Gudmundsson, who'll be looking for more attacking opportunities in this one.
Midfield battle will be key at Sunderland
Ethan Ampadu and Ao Tanaka are never shy of a battle in midfield, and if they start as expected, they'll get one here.
Despite a slow start, Sunderland still have Granit Xhaka and Noah Sadiki in the heart of their side.
That pairing was one of the best in the Premier League last season, and that doesn't just disappear.
Anton Stach will likely play further forward again, but the German will always drop slightly deeper to help make it three in the middle when needed.
One Leeds change in attack?
The one constant in the final third is Dominic Calvert-Lewin, that will never change when he's fit.
But, Noah Okafor hasn't been good enough for a couple of weeks now, with his speed and dribbling not really fitting into the game plan.
Leeds have been keeping possession and building to wide positions, rather than breaking quickly.
So, with that in mind, Harry Wilson could finally get his second Premier League start of the season on Sunday.
The sheer number of crosses put into the box with little success against Man United proves that if Farke wants to play that way, he needs more quality in those wide areas.
Wilson gives you that, even if it means he starts on the right, and Stach moves more left.
