Leeds United predicted XI vs Sunderland: First look at Muharemovic as Farke to ring changes
Daniel Farke is likely to ring the changes as Leeds United continue their North American pre-season tour against Sunderland on Wednesday.
The Whites were defeated by 3-2 by Wrexham in the first of three matches they will play in the United States.
Leeds boss Farke went for a blend of youth and experience in that game, which saw Joel Piroe and Sean Longstaff on target.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Jaka Bijol, and Sebastiaan Bornauw all missed that game with various fitness issues and there feels little need to take any risks.
But, Farke may take the opportunity to shake up his starting XI a little to get more minutes into some legs.
Here, MOT Leeds News has had a crack at predicting Farke's line-up, with six changes in total in a 3-4-2-1 formation.
Leeds fans to see Tarik Muharemovic in action?
MOT Leeds News explained why Tarik Muharemovic was not involved for Leeds' clash against Wrexham.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina international travelled later than the rest of the squad, but Farke may opt to give him some minutes here.
With Bijol and Bornauw missing out last time, Farke could decide to drop captain Ethan Ampadu back into defence.
Ampadu's Wales team-mate Joe Rodon may retain his place to complete the back three.
Harry Wilson to start for Leeds?
Jayden Bogle was brought on for the second half of the Wrexham clash.
It may be that he is given the nod to start on the right on this occasion, with James Justin heading over to the left hand side.
In the middle, Longstaff impressed against Wrexham, but might start this one on the bench with Ao Tanaka and Anton Stach perhaps getting the nod.
Further forward, Leeds fans got a first glimpse of Harry Wilson in the second half against Wrexham.
Farke might now put him into the starting XI on this occasion, with Willy Gnonto keeping his starting berth, and Lukas Nmecha replacing Piroe up top.
After the Sunderland game, Leeds will round out their United States obligations against Liverpool in Chicago.
So, there is plenty of time for Farke to get minutes into the legs of his players as we build towards the new Premier League campaign.
