Leeds United drew 0-0 against Sunderland in the Premier League on Sunday.

Daniel Farke's team started strong at the Stadium of Light, dominating possession in the opening stages.

Storm Boelo brought in some less-than-ideal conditions that both teams had to deal with in Wearside, and with the crowd on their side, the hosts grew into the game.

There wasn't much in the game between Leeds and Sunderland, with chances few and far between.

Farke was forced to make a few changes to his starting line-up due to fitness issues in the squad and it clearly affected their attacking prowess.

Neither team could break the deadlock, and the game ended goalless.

Harry Wilson and Brenden Aaronson fail to take Leeds United chance vs Sunderland

Harry Wilson and Brenden Aaronson have struggled for game time this season and had an opportunity to make a statement at the Stadium of Light.

Anton Stach and Noah Okafor weren't fully fit to start, but the attacking duo did little against Sunderland.

The Whites' attack lacked physicality and pace, with Wilson and Aaronson unable to support Dominic Calvert-Lewin up front.

Farke will need to have some tough conversations about the Wales international and USMNT star for the upcoming matches after what they've done today.

James Trafford stands out at the Stadium of Light

James Trafford has been pivotal to Leeds's relative success this season and once again showed his prowess in between the sticks.

The English goalkeeper made some decent saves, including a particularly important one in the first half after Brian Brobbey found himself through on goal.

While the 24-year-old's distribution could've been better, the weather conditions didn't favour him.

It was a tough game for both sides in Wearside and Trafford had some game-defining moments.

Another player who deserves plaudits for his display against Sunderland was Jayden Bogle, who tried to make things happen with some dangerous crosses and runs behind the opposition's defence.
