Kiko Casilla has hit out at Leeds United fans after he put up a cryptic post on Tuesday night that was read as him wanting to leave the club.

In a post on the lufcfanzone Instagram page, Casilla responded to the story by saying, "Honestly, there are people with very boring lives, I have not said anything bad about the club or my situation, they are personal things, nothing to do with Leeds.#mot"

He posted the message on Wednesday afternoon after his agent had also tried to row back from the message having anything to do with Leeds.

Casilla was dropped from the Leeds United squad on Monday night for the defeat against West Ham, with youngster Elia Caprile stepping up.

Not good enough

We don't buy this, we're afraid.

Last year he was banned for making racist remarks, which is when most of us lost any respect we had left for him.

He doesn't even have the excuse of being a good player to fall back on as he constantly blew his chance to prove he was worth starting in the Championship and then the Premier League.

His time at the club is surely at an end, despite what his agent says, and we are all counting down the days until he leaves Elland Road.

We got a taste of that on Monday when he wasn't included in the matchday squad and there was plenty of fans who were happy with Bielsa's decision.

Just as it looked like Casilla was showing us a better side of him, he comes out and accuses fans of a lack of respect, how ironic.

The main take away from this is that Casilla needs to be moved on for the good of himself, the squad and the fans of Leeds United.
