Leeds United duo Ethan Ampadu and Dan James are in international action on Sunday.

Both players have enjoyed contrasting fortunes under Daniel Farke this season.

Ampadu is one of the Whites' key players, and one of the very first names on Farke's Premier League teamsheet having played every minute this season.

Meanwhile, despite some eye-catching performances in pre-season, James has slipped back into his squad role at Elland Road this term.

However, both players put their Whites responsibilities to one side on Sunday, as they prepare for a Nations League clash with Wales.

MOT Leeds News has Whites fans covered with everything you need to know on how to watch them in action for Craig Bellamy's side.

What television channels are showing Wales vs Denmark?

Three games into their Nations League group stage campaign, Wales haven't made the start they would've hoped for.

Portugal and Denmark were two tough away trips to open their group stage with, and resulted in 1-0 and 2-0 defeats respectively.

However, they recorded a vital three points at home to Norway on Thursday night, with James netting the first of Cymru's two goals that night.

Sunday night sees the Dragons welcome Denmark to the Cardiff City Stadium for a 7:45pm kick-off under the lights.

Luckily for Leeds fans, there's plenty of streaming options to watch the game live.

BBC iPlayer, BBC Sport online, BBC Two, BBC Two Northern Ireland, BBC Two Wales, S4C and S4C Clic are all broadcasting the match live.

Sunday's game may see a third Leeds player involved in the action too, as Jayden Lienou has been confirmed to be part of Bellamy's matchday squad.

But how have James and Ampadu been faring for Wales during this international break so far?

Ethan Ampadu could be in need of Leeds rest upon his return

With this being an extended international break, managers like Daniel Farke could be left with key players coming back heavily fatigued.

This might be the case with Ampadu, who as aforementioned, had already played every single Premier League minute before departing for Wales duty.

Likewise, the 26-year-old has played every single minute for Bellamy's side across their opening three Nations League games.

His best performance was against Norway last time out, but he may need an extra period of recovery time that eats into Leeds' season resuming.

As for James, he's also appeared in all of Wales' games so far, and has seen his workload steadily increasing.

From 27 minutes against Portugal, 67 against Denmark and 76 against Norway last time out, he looks set for another busy night on Sunday.
