Arsenal are not expected to be as depleted as expected when they host Leeds United on Saturday lunchtime.

Leeds make the trip to Emirates Stadium for the Premier League's first game back following the three-week international break.

The extended hiatus has given some injured players a chance to further rest up.

However, plenty of others for both sides sustained injuries while away with their national sides.

Both Leeds and Arsenal have been impacted, with some key figures set to miss out in North London.

However, Gary Cotterill has shared the latest from outside the Emirates, and Arsenal are now set to have some big-hitters available.

What is Arsenal and Leeds team news latest?

Leeds are massive underdogs against Arsenal, so it is far from ideal that they will be without some important players.

Speaking live on Sky Sports News on Saturday morning, a couple of hours before the team news was officially released, Cotterill shared the latest.

"It's decent news for Arsenal. Ezri Konsa, Christos Tzolis and Kai Havertz all left national teams early. But only Tzsolis is though to be serious, a few weeks," he said.

"Havertz and Konsa, they're being assessed and could be involved. Declan Rice has been rested but is now available and should start.

"Ben White was selected by Thomas Tuchel but pulled out, but he's been training and is available.

"As for Leeds, the Welsh duo of Daniel James and Joe Rodon are both out. Harry Wilson, though, is back in contention."

Having Wilson available is a boost, even if he will surely not be fit enough to play more than 30 minutes.

Rodon's continued absence is also a blow, though Daniel Farke does at least have cover in that area.

For Arsenal, though, it sounds as though each of their so-called doubts will in fact be ready.

How could Leeds line up vs Arsenal?

Now that we know who is and who is not available for Farke, it is a bit easier to predict the starting lineup.

The defence should remain as it is, meaning starts for Jayden Bogle, James Justin, Nico Elvedi, Tarik Muharemovic and Gabriel Gudmundsson, with James Trafford in goal.

Central midfield is where this game could be won and loss, with Farke potentially going with Ethan Ampadu, Ao Tanaka and Anton Stach.

One change further up the field could see Brenden Aaronson come into the side, having been given the past three weeks off.

The American would partner Dominic Calvert-Lewin, with Noah Okafor used as a substitute.
