Why Paraag Marathe exit from San Francisco 49ers isn't actually good news for Leeds United
Paraag Marathe is leaving the San Francisco 49ers behind to concentrate more on Leeds United.
With Rangers also under that stable, Marathe will be concentrating on other sports focuses for the Americans.
Leeds are currently in the United States, and will entertain Liverpool on Sunday evening to bring an end to that tour.

That includes another year of Premier League football, and the expansion of Elland Road, which has already started.
But why are negative noises emerging from San Francisco already?

Marathe will be spotted much more frequently in LS11, now.
Despite early success at Leeds, Grant Cohn believes his full focus on football may not actually be good for them.
A 49ers expert with over 200,000 subscribers on YouTube, Cohn shared exactly why it's positive news for the Americans.
"Good news, 49ers fans, Paraag Marathe, finally, after 25 years, is taking his talents to Europe to focus on soccer," he said.
"Now, this isn't good news for Leeds United or Rangers, which he'll be overseeing.
"This is a big day, an underrated day. At one point in time, this guy served a function, the 49ers were in salary cap hell a very long time ago, and he helped them get out of it.
"But, for the last two decades, his impact and legacy on this franchise is dragging out contract negotiations with players forever, making them feel insulted and disrespected and then capitulating at the very last minute and giving said player everything they want over and over again."

Now, it's been a cracking start to the summer for Leeds.
Pascal Struijk was sold for £18m, but his replacement, Tarik Muharemovic already looks like an upgrade.
The Whites also pushed the boat out to sign Harry Wilson in what could be the transfer of the entire summer in the Premier League.
On top of that, Leeds are set to seal a record £45m transfer for Manchester City's James Trafford.
So, talk of Marathe sticking around more being bad news may be far from the truth for Leeds, but it's still early days.
All you can do is focus on the here and now, and given ownership struggles at Elland Road for far too long, Marathe and the 49ers are doing an amazing job.
