One name prominently linked with Leeds throughout the summer has been Zion Suzuki.

However, there seems to be discrepancy between the Italian media and local journalists over the strength of Leeds' interest in the Parma goalkeeper.

MOT Leeds News previously covered reports that an auction was beginning for Leeds target Suzuki.

And, according to Corriere dello Sport's print edition on 19 July, Leeds' pursuit of Milinkovic-Savic is entirely dependent on Suzuki.

The Italian daily reports how their interest in the 20-cap Serbia international, once on the books at Manchester United, is "suspended" as they wait to see how negotiations turn out with Suzuki.

If the 23-year-old does move elsewhere, then it might be the case they look at Milinkovic-Savic instead.

Who could rival Leeds for Vanja Milinkovic-Savic?

The report from Corrierre has lined out several options for Milinkovic-Savic from the Premier League.

Prominent among the interested parties, they say, are Premier League new boys Hull City, who are looking for reinforcements now they are back in the top flight.

However, they say that Hull's offer for Milinkovic-Savic has yet to convince Napoli.

A potential third option could be see a swap with Tottenham Hotspur, with Guglielmo Vicario returning to Italy and Milinkovic-Savic heading in the opposite direction.

As things stand, it does not look like Leeds are pushing hard on this particular transfer.

But, as things progress, it might be one to keep an eye on in the coming weeks if other targets fall by the wayside.
