Sebastiaan Bornauw medical checks complete as Leeds United exit details come to light
Sebastiaan Bornauw should finally complete his exit from Leeds United on Tuesday.
After whispers of discontent throughout last season and into this summer, a move has now materialised.
Bornauw wants more football after rotating in the Premier League, and looks set for Germany to get that.
Hamburg have agreed a loan deal with an option to buy Bornauw, with things moving quickly.
Leeds have jumped into the market themselves, agreeing a deal with Borussia Monchengladbach for Nico Elvedi.
And after medicals on Monday, both deals only need announcing.

Daniel Farke has never held a player back that doesn't want to be at Elland Road, and this isn't any different.
Leeds is about fighting and defending the badge with your teammates, whether you start or come off the bench.
Bornauw appears to have lost that fight after only one season, which is disappointing.
Now, BILD has reported in its print edition that the defender was checked from "head to toe" and is ready to start immediately.
The German newspaper states on Tuesday that the option to purchase him stands at £3.9million.
That's described as a "decent negotiation result".
How will Leeds United squad look now?
For now, it's very simple.
Elvedi will come in and immediately take the spot that Bornauw was occupying at Elland Road.
And after a shining World Cup with Switzerland, Leeds are the clear winners of these transfer negotiations.
Elvedi will step straight into the squad for the Premier League opener against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, ready from the bench if needed.
Tarik Muharemovic has been sensational since signing, and will start alongside Jaka Bijol and Joe Rodon to kick off the season.
But, with only one senior central option in reserve, another could be signed, with James Justin currently covering all positions at the back.
With Gabriel Gudmundsson injured at the moment, too, he will be starting on the left, leaving nearly zero senior cover.
For now, it's Bornauw out and Elvedi in, and it should be announced within hours after activity between the two over the weekend.
