Summer’s biggest transfer saga finally ends

This brings to an end one of the summer’s biggest transfer sagas, with Barcelona and Leeds finally reaching an agreement on the transfer.

Many members of the football world have scratched their heads wondering how the Spanish giants have been able to complete the transfer despite the reported financial turmoil that they are in.

However, Leeds will not care too much about that, as they can finally end a period of uncertainty at the club and plan for life after their talismanic winger.

This brings an end to a two-year stay at the Yorkshire club where Raphinha scored 17 goals and provided 12 assists in 67 games.

With the club making a huge profit on Raphinha, after signing him from Stade Rennais, it can be seen as good business and now they can begin the search for their next star.

In other news, Leeds have been linked with a move for Burnley’s Maxwell Cornet.
