Leeds United to battle Spurs and Chelsea to sign Burnley ace Maxwel Cornet
Leeds United have reportedly been credited with an interest to sign Burnley left-back and winger Maxwel Cornet this summer.
According to The Journal on July 13, Chelsea and Tottenham have also been linked with the Ivorian who could leave the Clarets this summer after their relegation to the Championship.
He has a release clause of £17.5million at Turf Moor having moved there last summer on a five-year deal.

At that price range, few players better than Cornet are going to be available.
Left-back is a problem position for Leeds and if Leif Davis leaves, they will be extremely short on bodies in that area of the pitch.

Stuart Dallas has played out of position there but he prefers to play in midfield and is also recovering from a long-term injury.
Cornet would surely prefer a move to the Premier League and a move to Elland Road would be a good option in case Spurs and Chelsea cool interest in signing him.
The 25-year-old made 26 appearances in the Premier League last season and enjoyed a decent output for the relegated side.
He bagged nine goals and provided an assist which was a solid return for a player who was deployed at left-back as well as on the left wing.
His versatility is one of the most noteworthy factors as he can also play further up the pitch and we cannot wait to see him at Elland Road in the near future.
In other Leeds United news, Phil Hay claims that a midfielder who was admired by Marcelo Bielsa is set to leave this summer.
