Leeds United in talks to sign Club Brugge star Noa Lang
Leeds United are in talks to sign Club Brugge attacker Noa Lang as Marcelo Bielsa eyes three new signings in the summer, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper claims that Brugge have the option to sign loanee Lang, 21, on a permanent basis from Ajax for £5million but they are ready to sell the winger straight away in order to make a hefty profit.
Leeds have made their interest known by holding discussions over a potential deal for the Netherlands Under-21 international, who’s said to be a contender for the Belgian league’s player of the year and young player of the year awards.

Lang has had a sensational season at Brugge, firing them to the Belgian league title.
In all competitions, the 21-year-old has scored 17 goals and supplied 11 assists in 37 appearances for Brugge. One of those goals came in a Champions League group stage win over Zenit St Petersburg in December.
Lang’s versatile. He can play on both wings and as a centre-forward but he seems to be more comfortable on the left, which means he’d be competing with Jack Harrison for a spot at Elland Road.
Leeds are expected to finally sign Harrison on a permanent basis from Manchester City this summer but with Ezgjan Alioski likely to leave when his contract expires, a new left-winger wouldn’t go amiss.
Lang is young so he probably wouldn’t replace Harrison as Bielsa’s first-choice, especially as the winger has proven himself in the Premier League whereas Lang hasn’t yet.
But for a back-up option, the young Dutchman seems like a great fit as he can also fill in other areas of the pitch when there are injuries, suspensions or someone needs a rest.
If Bielsa gets three new signings this summer and Lang is one of them, we’d be pretty content with that.
