Leeds United could be a potential destination for Red Bull Salzburg forward Adam Daghim, according to the Daily Mail.

The newspaper reported via its website [17 October] that the 19-year-old could be the latest graduate of the club's "impressive" production line, with Leicester City and Brentford also listed as possible landing spots.

Leeds now have a connection to the Austrian giants, who spotted the likes of Sadio Mane, Erling Haaland and Benjamin Sesko, through the club's new sponsorship deal with Red Bull.

Leeds United to sign Adam Daghim due to Red Bull connections?

Being part of the Red Bull family will certainly have its positives, and not just via the influx of extra cash being pushed into Elland Road.

Salzburg has quite the knack for spotting raw talent, as showcased above, so Leeds should be looking to get ahead of the curve with Daghim on this occasion.

The 19-year-old centre-forward, who can also play on the right flank, has yet to score in the Austrian first division but earned his move to Salzburg after impressing in Denmark with Aarhus GF.

He has since scored six goals in 22 loan appearances for Liefering, and despite the lack of goals in the Austria Bundesliga, has netted in a Champions League qualifier and the OFB Cup.

Manchester City star Haaland has a dream of winning the Premier League with the Whites [Leeds Live], but with this highly unlikely at this point in time, Daghim could be another Salzburg talent to aim for.

With promotion out of the Championship the club's main priority this season, Daniel Farke will need as much firepower next term if the team can secure this achievement.

Mateo Joseph is the perfect example of a young forward thriving at Elland Road, and while it may have taken a couple of seasons, Farke knows talent when he sees it.
