Leeds staff watch Raskin in the flesh as Rangers transfer news emerges
Leeds interest in Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin is heating up.
Daniel Farke has his side on course for promotion to the Premier League and if they are promoted they will need top-quality additions in order to survive.
The Whites have identified the Gers midfielder as a potential target and a report from TEAMtalk (26 March) claimed that they were ready to make a £20million move for the Gers star.

Leeds monitor Raskin in international break
Raskin would fit in at Elland Road with his combative and tenacious style of play which was on full display as he made his international debut against Ukraine (20 March) from the bench.
He then made his full debut for his country in the return fixture (23 March) and increased his stock with a great performance.
A report from Give Me Sport (27 March) has revealed that scouts from the Whites were in attendance for that fixture, keeping an eye on the Gers midfielder.

49ers links may help Leeds pursuit of Raskin
The fact that Leeds’ owners, the 49ers Enterprises group, are set to takeover at Ibrox could help the deal to be completed.
However, Raskin will not come cheap just because of the upcoming relationship between the two sides, the Gers are expected to hold out for the asking price but Farke’s side may have an advantage when it comes to negotiations.

If the Whites are promoted they will need to upgrade the playing squad to ensure survival with the level between the divisions being at an all-time high and the Light Blues ace fits the bill as he has starred in the Scottish Premiership and Europa League this season.
If Farke wants to bring Raskin into his side, they need to ensure that they secure automatic promotion, if they stay in the Championship, they will have no chance of securing his signature.
The 24-year-old is also attracting interest from Aston Villa and Brentford and clubs in Germany, so it appears that will be playing in the top-flight of England next season no matter what, but whether that is in Yorkshire remains to be seen.
