Leeds United sign Largie Ramazani

Leeds fans can breathe a sigh of relief, with eight days left of the summer transfer window the club has finally signed an attacker.

Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter have left Elland Road this summer leaving Daniel Farke with the monumental task of identifying adequate replacements.

Ramazani is a smart signing, he has hardly set the world alight during his four years at Almeria with 22 goals and nine assists in 128 appearances but at 23, has plenty of time to develop into a top Championship player.

The former Manchester United youngster also helps the club fill their homegrown EFL quota [Joe Donnohue] despite his Belgian international status for his time there and Charlton in his early years.

Farke cannot afford to rest on his laurels however, there is still an approximate £100m down to £90m if the numbers are to be believed, war chest from player sales the supporters will expect to be partly invested into the squad before the deadline.

Another attacker is needed to replace Summerville and Rutter and deals for Rabbi Matondo of Rangers [Football Scotland], Sunderland winger Jack Clarke [iNews], and Norwich City soon-to-be Marseille forward Jonathan Rowe [Ben Jacobs] are all dead in the water.

The Whites’ Premier League aspirations rest on what the club does in the remaining days of the transfer window.
