Largie Ramazani and another Leeds United attacker could leave before deadline

All of the talk at Leeds United is surrounding incoming transfers ahead of the impending deadline.

The Whites have quietly gone about their business superbly this season, adding quality over quantity at Elland Road.

Four new faces have been signed, with Harry Wilson, Tarik Muharemovic, James Trafford and Nico Elvedi joining.

Plenty have left too, with Joel Piroe the latest to leave for West Ham United on a loan to buy deal.

There's plenty more where that came from, with Largie Ramazani the biggest name on the chopping block.

Surprisingly though, the Belgian may not be the only attacker cut loose.

Who else could leave Leeds United?

After years of mismanagement in regards to selling players properly, the 49ers have changed that this summer.

Several forced loans over permanent exits for unwanted players had left fans disgruntled with their position financially.

That's gone now, with Joe Gelhardt, Pascal Struijk, Jack Harrison, Max Wober and Isaac Schmidt all gone permanently.

Sebastiaan Bornauw and Piroe will likely follow next summer too, once their loan moves are over.

Now, Sky Sports have named Mateo Joseph as another possible sale before the 1 September deadline.

Alongside Ramazani, the broadcaster report that both are looking for new clubs away from LS11.

Could Mateo Joseph actually leave?

From the outside looking in, it looks highly unlikely this month.

After suffering an ACL injury last season on loan at Mallorca, Joseph has returned to Leeds to continue his rehabilitation.

The young striker looked like he had a big future ahead of him at Elland Road, but threw it all away wanting to start every single week, even though he wasn't exactly ready for that.

After links to the likes of Wrexham and others in Spain, Joseph did have interested parties.

But given his injury in April, he likely has more months to go before he's back fully fit, so January is likely a more realistic exit timeline.

Leeds will still likely offload Ramazani, who has been nowhere to be seen in pre-season and the start of this campaign.

With two wins over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League and Carabao Cup, Farke has been more than justified in his choices so far.
