Illan Meslier's best Leeds United moments ranked as exit confirmed
Illan Meslier is set to end his seven-year association with Leeds United.
The goalkeeper's contract expires later this month, and the Elland Road side have announced that his deal will not be extended.
He will depart as a free agent, and continue his career elsewhere, as confirmed when the Whites released their retained list on 10 June.
The Frenchman's fall from grace under Daniel Farke has been rapid, losing his starting position after a number of errors in the 2024-25 campaign.
He was number one for a long time, though, and he had plenty of wonderful moments playing for the Peacocks.

5.) Incredible Leeds debut vs Arsenal - January 2020
Meslier was thrown into the deep-end when he made his debut for Leeds.
He started an FA Cup third round contest with Arsenal in January 2020 and earned rave reviews.
His distribution and his shot stopping were highlighted after the contest, and many supporters thought they had their long-term goalkeeper.
4.) Outstanding showing vs Sheffield United - September 2020
Meslier put in a brilliant showing against Sheffield United in September 2020, that Whites supporters won't forget anytime soon.
He made a series of point-blanks saves including one from John Lundstram, in a Man of the Match display.
It was the LS11 side's first clean sheet of the campaign and laid the foundations for a ninth placed finish in the top-flight.
3.) Nine save masterclass vs Liverpool - October 2022
Leeds secured a famous 2-1 win against Liverpool at Anfield in October 2022, and it would not have been possible without Meslier.
He made nine saves against the Reds, and was named the Man of the Match.
Crysencio Summerville scored a later winner for the Peacocks, which moved them out of the relegation zone.
2.) Meslier sets clean sheet record - 2020-21 season
The Frenchman became the youngest ever goalkeeper to record 11 clean sheets in the 2020-21 Premier League season.
That only enhanced the idea that he would be the starting stopper at Elland Road for years to come.
It hasn't worked out that way since, but he will likely hold the record for a while yet.
1.) Championship golden glove - 2023-2024 season
Meslier shared the Championship golden glove award for the 2023-24 season, with West Brom's Alex Palmer.
The stopper kept 18 clean sheets across the league campaign, as the Peacocks missed out on automatic promotion.
He did his part but ultimately Farke's side would fail to secure a return to the Premier League despite his individual brilliance.
