Hertha Berlin manager confirms offers for Leeds United-linked Matheus Cunha
Leeds United target Matheus Cunha has been the subject of numerous offers this summer, Hertha Berlin manager Pal Dardai has confirmed.
According to German magazine Kicker, the Whites are long-term admirers of the 22-year-old Brazilian, who help fire his nation to gold at the Olympics in Tokyo last week.
Cunha has since returned to training with Hertha but Dardai claims that the ex-RB Leipzig forward is focused on playing for his current club next season.

“He has a lot of offers, but also a Hertha heart,” said Dardai, as quoted by Kicker.
Have Leeds made an offer?
According to Kicker, Leeds are not the only team interested in signing Cunha this summer.
While the Whites are said to have been eyeing the Brazilian ace for a “long time”, it is understood that Atalanta, Napoli, Zenit St Petersburg and Atletico Madrid are also keen on him.
All of those clubs can offer European football – Leeds can’t.

Yes, we’re a massive club in England but for foreign players like Cunha, we’re a team that has only just been promoted to the Premier League and has spent more of the last couple of decades in League One than the top-flight.
Atalanta are on the rise and regularly qualifying for Europe in Italy while Napoli, Zenit and La Liga champions Atletico speak for themselves.
Marcelo Bielsa is also a massive draw, as is the prospect of playing in the biggest league in the world.
But ultimately, we need to make more progress if we’re going to be going toe to toe with teams like Atletico and Napoli in the transfer market.
In other Leeds United news, this club expects to bid farewell to one of their international players before deadline day amid interest from the Whites.
