Bamford to fall on his feet as Premier League stay on cards after Leeds exit
Patrick Bamford will almost certainly be leaving Leeds this summer.
After seven long years at Elland Road, Bamford‘s time as a Leeds United player looks set to come to an end this summer.
Daniel Farke has made him aware that he is no longer in his plans for the Premier League season, opening the door for an exit.
Wrexham had been mooted as a potential landing spot for the striker, who may be set to receive an offer he cannot turn down if reports prove to be accurate.

Burnley ready to take a chance on Bamford
Bamford is on a hefty wage when taking into consideration how little impact he has had over the last 12 months, and Leeds will save over £700,000 simply from his wages.
However, for an exit to happen, there may need to be another club willing to pay close to his current wages, and according to a report from Sportsboom (22 July), Burnley are looking at a deal.

The Premier League newcomers are said to be interested in Bamford in what could be a cut-price deal, given the lack of future he has at Elland Road.
Leicester City have also been mooted as a potential landing spot, though if Bamford somehow ends up staying in the Premier League, it would be a huge surprise, but an outstanding move for him.

Leeds may struggle to offload Bamford
While there will be clubs interested in Bamford, whether an agreement can be reached will largely depend on the demands set by the striker.
He will have to take a massive pay cut to seal any real move, with teams likely to be reluctant to splash the cash for a forward who has had such a horrid campaign last time out.
Wrexham still feels like the most likely destination, though it certainly seems like he may have to settle for a move back to the EFL.
