Patrick Bamford’s best moments for Leeds ranked with La Liga move imminent
Patrick Bamford appears to have found a new club after leaving Leeds.
Bamford left Leeds in August following the mutual termination of his contract, with the club unable to find a suitable offer for the striker.
Bamford now looks to be close to joining Getafe, with the Englishman set to fly to Spain to complete the move.
The striker spent eight seasons at Elland Road and had plenty of memorable moments at the club.

Patrick Bamford scores wonder goal in FA Cup
In January 2024, Bamford scored one of the best goals of his entire career against Peterborough in the FA Cup.
The English international chested a long ball from Ethan Ampadu down before hitting an outrageous volley into the back of the net.
Bamford‘s goal garnered national attention, with some even calling for it to be nominated for the Puskas Award.
It was a moment of outrageous quality that Leeds will remember for a long time to come.
Bamford nets first Premier League hat-trick
Bamford scored his first Premier League hat-trick in a 3–0 away win over Aston Villa in the 2020/2021 season.
The goals showcased all of the striker’s abilities, with a close-range finish, a powerful left-footed drive and a beautiful curling effort.
Bamford finished on 17 goals that campaign, his best Premier League tally and became the first player to score as many goals for a newly promoted side since Charlie Austin for Queens Park Rangers in the 2014–15 season.

Bamford helps end Leeds’ Premier League drought
Leeds ended their 16-year absence from the Premier League by getting promoted in the 2019/2020 season.
Bamford finished the season with 16 goals and was Leeds’ top scorer as he fired them to Championship glory in the COVID-19-interrupted campaign.
His most impactful goal was at then-second-placed West Brom, where he headed home Leeds’s sole goal of the game, which kept Leeds top of the table, a position they eventually kept.
