Leeds ‘on high alert’ as Jesurun Rak-Sakyi update emerges from Crystal Palace
Jesurun Rak-Sakyi was linked with a move to Leeds prior to his loan switch to Sheffield United.
With Leeds‘ season all said and done, all of their focus will have already turned to the summer transfer window and the decisions to be made within it.
Recruitment plans will have already been put in place at Elland Road as the Whites prepare for life back in the Premier League.
With that in mind, an update to have emerged from Crystal Palace may have Leeds on the lookout.

Rak-Sakyi told he can leave Crystal Palace
Leeds need to recruit well this summer if they are to have any chance of avoiding the drop, and ensuring they have sufficient squad depth will be key to that.
The Whites are already said to have offered a new contract to Sam Byram and Junior Firpo, though they will need several new signings to cope with the demands that Premier League football offers, and Crystal Palace could be set to offer them a perfect chance to achieve that.

Rak-Sakyi | 22 | 7 | 2 |
Before moving to Bramall Lane, Rak-Sakyi was linked with a move to Leeds, but for one reason or another, that deal never materialised.
However, a report from News Shopper (21 May) states that Palace are willing to consider offers for the winger this summer, and that may entice Leeds.
The addition of Rak-Sakyi would bolster Daniel Farke’s attacking depth significantly, while providing direct competition for Dan James, who was the standout performer for Leeds in the Championship.

Leeds need squad depth to survive in Premier League
Leeds need to make signings capable of improving their starting 11, but additions to broaden their squad will be just as important.
With the FA Cup, EFL Cup and Premier League fixtures to attend to, Leeds need to ensure they have a squad capable of competing in all competitions, and additions like that of Rak-Sakyi would go a long way towards achieving that.
This summer is going to be a crucial period for Leeds, and they will be afforded no margin for error in their attempts to cement their status as a Premier League club.
