Andrea Radrizzani news is the last thing Leeds United fans want to hear after 49ers takeover update
The last thing that many Leeds United supporters will want to hear is that current majority owner Andrea Radrizzani could be set for another season at the helm, at Elland Road.
However, that prospect has been outlined in a piece by the Telegraph with the obvious danger of relegation from the Premier League threatening further upheaval behind the scenes.
The 49ers Enterprises, already a minority shareholder in the club, are thought to be waiting to assume full control if Javi Gracia can ensure that the club’s top-flight status is secured.

The possibility of the Italian businessman remaining in his position as chairman for next season would cause further anxiety, regardless of the outcome over the next few weeks.
“At stake for owner, Andrea Radrizzani is a smooth takeover of the club by 49ers Enterprises, who have an option to take full control if they remain a Premier League outfit”
“As a Championship club, there could still be a takeover at a lower price but some sources believe Radrizzani would not rule out staying at the club and rebuilding for another promotion.”

There is no doubt that things have gone stale for the Whites since the departure of Marcelo Bielsa.
El Loco brought life back to the club, captured the imagination and crucially, masterminded the long-awaited return to the Premier League.
However, things have regressed since then with the club in danger of being left behind and Radrizzani hasn’t found the right answers posed by the challenge.
A large section of the Leeds supporters would be happy to see the back of the Italian which speaks for itself. With his outspoken manner and fondness for speaking publically, he doesn’t deliver as much as he believes he can.
On the pitch, money has been spent but not very well. Key departures such as Raphinha and Kavin Phillips have not been adequately replaced, which has more than contributed to the plight of this season, immediately after the last-gasp escape in Brentford.
A similar situation could lie ahead as another season comes to an end and in the minds of much of the Leeds support, so should the reign of Radrizzani.
