Tyler Adams connects with Leeds United over potential summer transfer move
RB Leipzig midfielder Tyler Adams has connected numerous times with Leeds United this summer, according to The Athletic.
The online source has reported that the American star is likely to exit the German club in this window, with Sevilla and Benfica also in close contact over a move.
Jesse Marsch has been namedropped and could have a big say in Adams’ future after working with him at Leipzig, as well as New York Red Bulls at the start of his career.

Writing in their latest column on Tuesday [14 June], The Athletic shared the latest regarding the future of many Americans set for moves this summer.
“After saying last year that he was comfortable at RB Leipzig and confident that he still had plenty of room to grow at the club, Adams is in a far different spot this summer,” they wrote.
“Adams has been connected at various times this summer with Sevilla, Benfica and Leeds, where he would reunite with Marsch, who coached him at the New York Red Bulls before working with him again at Leipzig.”

Overdrive.
Andrea Radrizzani and the 49ers Enterprises have unleashed Victor Orta this summer, and he has simply gone into overdrive as he looks to complete numerous deals.
Bringing in players from the USMNT such as Brenden Aaronson, and possibly Adams will tick many boxes for the NFL-based consortium.
That shouldn’t be used against the players, though.
Adams has played frequent Champions League football in recent years and can play at full-back as well as his preferred position in holding midfield.
Fabrizio Romano reported on Tuesday that Bayern Munich midfielder Marc Roca is all-but-set to seal his move to Elland Road first, though.
It will be interesting to see if that completely closes the door on Adams potentially coming to West Yorkshire too this summer as the squad rebuild gets underway.
With Adams connecting with Leeds on more than one occasion, it would be no surprise to see that a potential move may only be one call away between now and September.
