Tony Dorigo wants Leeds United attacker Joe Gelhardt to start v Liverpool
Tony Dorigo urges Marcelo Bielsa to start Leeds United attacker Joe Gelhardt against Liverpool on Wednesday (February 23).
He believes that the fact that Joffy supported the Reds as a kid will make this occasion all the more special for him.
The 19-year-old came off the bench against Manchester United over the weekend and helped Leeds get back into the game.

Writing in the Yorkshire Evening Post, Dorigo, a BT Sport pundit, stated, “Joe Gelhardt, a Scouser of course, will be desperate to be that man.
“The youngster hasn’t played so much and now, all of a sudden, we’ve got Liverpool away, one of the most difficult games, and you’ve got to think there’s a chance he gets on.
“At times, our balance has been all over the place. Gelhardt allowed Rodrigo to get involved deeper and look great. Why not stick Joffy in?”
Sounds good
There have been calls to start Gelhardt for a while and it seems like this game is the perfect way to do it.
The teenager is like a breath of fresh air and Jurgen Klopp will not have prepared for him to start.

Rodrigo has done well and could play as a number 10 just behind the young English attacker.
It’s also important that Raphinha is brought back to this side as he could take the Liverpool full-backs for a ride.
The Brazilian has often drifted to the left flank and he could terrify Trent Alexander-Arnold – who is not the best defensively.
