Super Computer makes Leeds United relegation prediction after Sean Dyche sacking and Watford loss
Leeds United are predicted to safely avoid the drop this season despite their wretched run of form at the start of 2022.
The Whites have picked up crucial points under Jesse Marsch and have been fortunate to see other events work in their favour.
Everton and Burnley have both dropped points while Watford’s loss against Brentford on Saturday (April 16) put them further adrift from the chasing pack.

Burnley also sacked their manager and will have a caretaker in charge for their game against West Ham on Sunday.
Considering all these factors, FiveThirtyEight’s Super Computer crunched the numbers to make a relegation picture for the five clubs in the battle.
Leeds are predicted to finish 16th with 38 points – five clear of Burnley who are expected to get relegated.
Worked out well
The board came under plenty of scrutiny when they decided to sack Marcelo Bielsa.
It wasn’t a decision that would be an easy sell to the Elland Road faithful, for starters.
They had idolised the Argentine since the start of his tenure at the club and he delivered everything they asked from him.

However, when things went stale, a change was needed and Marsch has done well in his short spell at Leeds.
His identity isn’t light years different from Bielsa’s but there is more structure to his side.
Another two wins should be enough for Leeds to mathematically guarantee safety given how teams around them are faring.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are leading the race to complete a major signing and have already opened talks to seal a £25m deal.
