Leeds United star Manor Solomon was seen venting at Ethan Ampadu during the 3-3 draw with Hull City on Saturday, according to Graham Smyth.

The Whites looked to be on course to keep their lead at the summit of the Championship to three points but an 89th-minute Abu Kamara strike pegged them back.

Israel international Solomon notched an assist in the contest but could not inspire the Elland Road club to a victory after Kamara's late strike.

Yorkshire Evening Post reporter Smyth shared the off-camera moment on 5 January, saying: "Solomon venting to Ampadu at full-time and gesticulating back down the pitch to the scene of whatever had irked him during the game.

"Alex Cairns put his arm around the winger and then listened to his complaints about the game as they went off."

Leeds United need to put poor result behind them

The moment shared by Smyth shows the frustration that the results could create amongst the Whites' squad.

They should have beaten a Hull side that was in the relegation zone and had seven players ruled out of the contest.

Those kinds of results against poor sides are not acceptable if Daniel Farke's side wants to gain automatic promotion from the Championship this season after the heartbreaking end to the last campaign.

Two draws in their last two matches will leave the Elland Road faithful feeling nervous but Farke's side still holds a one-point lead at the top of the table.

However, they must ensure that performance levels do not drop after some negative results with Burnley and Sheffield United chasing them down.

The Whites must pick their heads up and not allow standards to dip in a crucial time of the season as they fight to secure a place back in the Premier League.
