Marcelo Bielsa has been a huge force for good at Leeds United since he arrived in the summer of 2018.

He took a squad that finished 13th in the 17/18 season and turned them into a dominant Championship force.

He was unlucky not to win promotion in his first season at Elland Road and is now on the brink of finally taking Leeds back to the Premier League after 16 years in exile.

Many people thought his time at Leeds would be short-lived. However, he's proved the doubters wrong and really taken the city to his heart.

He's already a legend among Leeds fans and the world is going to get a look at why with a new Sky Sports special on the great man.

Bielsa: El Loco and Leeds has been announced by Sky Sports and is set to be broadcast straight after the Stoke game, which is also on Sky on Thursday.

That game kicks off at 5pm and the Bielsa documentary is on straight after the post-match analysis at 7.30pm – an exciting double bill for all Whites fans.

It's hard to imagine a city that loves its football manager more than Leeds. Possibly Liverpool and Klopp and there are similarities between the two.

Bielsa, though, is unique. Klopp has said that he has to keep himself to himself in Liverpool and rarely goes out.

Bielsa is regularly spotted walking from his modest flat in Wetherby to Thorp Arch.

He's regularly spotted shopping in Morrisons and he's always happy to pose for selfies with the fans.

He was given the opportunity to head back to Argentina during lockdown to be with his family, but he chose to stay holed up in Wetherby poring over video footage from the top five leagues in Europe in a bid to improve Leeds' set pieces.

If he takes Leeds up this season then the outpouring of love for him will be immense.

This documentary is a great way to announce him to the Premier League. Set your Sky Box to record now!
