Simon Jordan shares behind-the-scenes verdict ahead of Leeds United v Chelsea
Simon Jordan believes that Chelsea manager Graham Potter will be in big trouble if they lose to Leeds United over the weekend.
Potter’s going into the game fighting for his job and has a crunch contest against Borussia Dortmund and defeats in those two games could put a seal on his relatively short time at the club.
Leeds will be looking to inflict further misery on him with Javi Gracia eyeing back-to-back wins in the Premier League.

Jordan wrote in the Daily Mail, “They must be having reservations now. They must be thinking this is not where we thought we would be. We didn’t buy a football club to be knocked out of every competition, sit 10th in the league and listen to background noise about how little we know.
“There is a small window of opportunity for Potter to address this but if Chelsea keep stinking the place out and lose to Leeds on Saturday and get knocked out of the Champions League, then he really is in trouble.”
Get it done
There isn’t a better time to take on Chelsea and Gracia will be well aware of that fact and he’ll be buzzing going into this game.
The loss against Fulham was a dampener surely but he knows that the priority is the Premier League and avoiding relegation, not going on a run in the cup.
We’re hoping to see some more cohesion in the side, similar to what we did in the Southampton game and surely that will see them securing something from this game.

Three points will be a bonus but it’s hard to write off the Whites in this one and a point could be a fair expectation from the game.
Willy Gnonto will be their go to man going forward as a lot of the play has been going through him and he has the capability to wreak havoc in opposition backlines.
This is going to be a fascinating game for Leeds fans as much as it will be for the neutral.
