Ryan Taylor: Victor Orta has numerous plates spinning for January signings, another major deal in pipeline

Leeds United have numerous plates spinning as they look to seal multiple January signings this month, according to Ryan Taylor.

The Express journalist has reported that Victor Orta has another major deal in the pipeline alongside interest in RB Salzburg star Brenden Aaronson.

Taylor shared that Leeds are plotting another bid worth up to £22million for the American international, but it looks as though they won’t be stopping there.

Speaking in his YouTube transfer round-up, as shared on Twitter, Taylor dropped the latest coming from Elland Road.

“From what I understand as well, Victor Orta has been away negotiating other transfers,”

“I think Leeds are working on other targets, another deal is believed to be in the pipeline, so I would expect incoming at Elland Road by the time the transfer window closes.

“Obviously, the win at West Ham has helped them massively, it’s a massive confidence boost. With a few signings, they should be alright.”

Here we go.

It looks as though Leeds will be putting their foot down on the accelerator in these final 10 days of the window.

Orta has been unleashed and the Spaniard could be bringing more than one signing to Elland Road if given the funds to do just that.

With Aaronson widely reported as the one attacking midfield option the Whites want, it will be interesting to see what this other deal is.

There are two other clear areas that need strengthening right now, they are a number nine, and another holding midfield player.

Kalvin Phillips is injured, and Patrick Bamford can’t quite seem to catch a break at this moment in time, and that is hurting us.

All eyes on Elland Road, arrivals are due.
