Robbie Savage makes Leeds United relegation prediction with Emma Jones
Robbie Savage has predicted Leeds United to get relegated from the Premier League at the end of the season despite them being clear of the drop zone.
Emma Jones reminded him that he predicted Leeds to go down before a ball was even kicked and he’s decided to stick with it.
Leeds are currently in 15th place but are just one point away from the relegation zone.
Jones said for William Hill, “You predicted Leeds to get relegated. Shock. We’ve got Forest, Everton, Southampton and Manchester United twice in the next five games. Will the next five games decide our Premier League fate?”
Savage replied, “With Sean Dyche going to Everton, given how fantastic a manager he is, I think he will keep Everton up.
“Mckennie is a really good signing for Leeds United. I still think Leeds will go down. I think Forest won’t be in it. I think Bournemouth will struggle

Relegation is not a foregone conclusion and Leeds are still very much in a relegation battle and need to treat it like they are.
They’ve signed three very good players in Georginio Rutter, Max Wober and Weston McKennie in the January transfer window.
However, there are no guarantees that they will hit the ground running and it’s on Jesse Marsch to bring the best out of them.
Currently Leeds are just one point away from the drop zone and although they have a game in hand, there are no guarantees that they’ll be winning it.
18 points from 19 games is less than a point per game and these numbers end up with teams getting relegated if they do not pick their form up in the second half of the season.
Hopefully, fortune favours the Whites and they go on to have a good end to the season and secure safety for the 2023/24 Premier League campaign.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are now preparing to sign a former Barcelona defender in the summer and have already taken decisive steps towards sealing the deal.
