Richard Keys sends message to Leeds United fans, takes aim at Rio Ferdinand on Twitter

Richard Keys has fired a message to Leeds United fans after the appointment of Jesse Marsch at Elland Road.

After the controversial pundit urged the Whites to consider the likes of Sam Allardyce, something Rio Ferdinand was left amazed by.

Keys is talking all things, Marsch, in his next podcast, urging fans and Ferdinand to listen along and listen to what is said.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Keys sent the message on Friday morning with a reminder for Ferdinand.

“Leeds fans will find the podcast fascinating this week,” he wrote. “We speak with X-US international Christopher Sullivan re Jesse Marsch. Few know him better.

“Might be worth Rio Ferdinand listening in so he’s no longer ‘baffled’ by me.”

Baffled.

Keys knows exactly what he is doing, he always gets himself into the spaces where the biggest news is to poke his nose in.

Suggesting Allardyce for every single Premier League job that becomes available has become his speciality, we think he could even do it if Pep Guardiola or Jurgen Klopp at Manchester City and Liverpool.

Ferdinand was right to questions Keys when he first made the suggestion, and we’re doubtful this podcast will do anything to change his mind.

There are certain names you tend to avoid when you want a valid argument, and Keys is at the top of that list.

Marsch is the man who is in control, and we want him to write this story, not Keys and one of his friends on a podcast no one has heard of.

Let’s hope it gets off to the perfect start on Saturday against Leicester.
