Leeds United are wanting to sign three or four players in the upcoming summer window as they look to bolster their squad.

That's according to Leeds Live, who suggest that left-back, midfield and out-wide are the three areas that need strengthening at Elland Road.

After finishing ninth in our first year back in the Premier League, Marcelo Bielsa will be looking to push towards those European qualification spots.

Leeds Live have dropped names such as Romain Perraud, Noa Lang and Matheus Cunha, all of who have already been strongly linked with the club.

"The expectation for Leeds this summer is to bring in three or four signings once again to strengthen key positions in real need of either an upgrade, replacement or support," they wrote.

Victor Orta is set to be a busy man yet again and admitted that he wants most of his business concluded before pre-season starts in July.

The Spaniard has rarely let us down and was key to deals such as Rodrigo coming to the club from Valencia last season.

Summer of change.

Leeds are making big moves this summer, and have already spared up some big wages.

Letting go of senior players such as Pablo Hernandez, Gaetano Berardi and Barry Douglas will surely free up some big wages as they plot to take that next step.

It was the right time for those to move on, with Bielsa needing players who can play a bigger role in a 38-game season with a potential cup-run included too.

We are expecting movement quickly.

Orta wants these signings completed in the next month, but it will be interesting to see if the European Championship slows things down.

One way or another, the Whites will have three or four new players coming in, and we already cannot wait.
