Stephen Craigan blown away by Leeds star Stuart Dallas for Northern Ireland v Malta

Stephen Craigan was blown away by Leeds United star Stuart Dallas for Northern Ireland in their 3-0 victory against Malta over the weekend.

The Whites utility-man captained his country in the absence of Steven Davis and played in four different positions before being replaced late on.

The BT Sports pundit labelled Dallas a “class-act” as he was nearly involved in all three goals in the commanding victory.

Speaking during Sky Sports’ live coverage of the clash on Sunday afternoon, Craigan couldn’t stop praising the skipper against Malta.

“Stuart Dallas, he’s a class act isn’t he,” he said.

“Look at this lovely little touch, his awareness. He’s been very impressive for the green shirt of Northern Ireland.”

Everywhere.

How Dallas is still covering every single blade of grass is beyond us.

After starting every single game of this 38-game season in the Premier League, he skippered his country to an easy victory against Malta.

Luke Ayling was the only other player to manage that, but he is sat at home right now recovering ahead of next season; as Dallas continues to shine on the international stage.

It has been the breakthrough of dreams since Marcelo Bielsa arrived, and the midfielder has transformed into one of the best players in his versatile role in the Premier League.

We now hope that Ian Barraclough will rest our main man for the clash with Ukraine later in the week, he needs to be released for his summer break.

No one has earned this break more, and Dallas can finally relax.
