Rebekah Vardy shares one-word reaction as Jamie Vardy scores in Leicester City draw v Leeds United
Rebekah Vardy has taken to Instagram to share her delight at her husband Jamie Vardy’s goal against Leeds United on Tuesday (25 April).
The post came after he netted a late goal for Leicester City in the 1-1 Premier League clash at Elland Road, representing just his second league goal this season.
The Wagatha Christie antagonist shared pictures of her husband celebrating his equaliser with the sole word “finally” along with various emojis, with the striker last scoring a league goal in October.

The hosts went 1-0 up in front of their joyous home supporters in the 20th minute through a Luis Sinisterra header.
But Leicester substitute Vardy slotted home a fine equaliser just 10 minutes from time, with his wife taking to Instagram shortly after, posting: “Finally,” with laughing, collision and heart emojis.

Spoils shared
Foxes striker Vardy was only on the pitch for 10 minutes before his goal, with the plucky forward showing signs of his talent even before he levelled the scores.
The home support were well aware of this, with the striker then doing what he does best by not only finding the back of the net, but also celebrating right in front of many devastated Leeds fans.
Neither Leeds nor Leicester will be particularly happy with the point, with both clubs heavily involved in a tense relegation battle.
But both will have been grateful to avoid defeat, with losing simply not an option at this crucial stage of the season.
The points leaves the Whites sitting 16th in the table on 30 points, just a point and a place above the Foxes, with both clubs having five league matches remaining.
They couldn’t be separated at a nervous but boisterous Elland Road, and they may now need some favours from other clubs in the weeks to come.
Fortunately for Javi Gracia and Dean Smith, Everton, Nottingham Forest and Southampton remain below them in the table, with all three clubs really bereft of confidence.
In other Leeds United news, injury expert Ben Dinnery has issued an update on key Whites defender Max Wober ahead of the trip to face Bournemouth on Sunday (30 April).
