Ralph Hasenhuttl waxes lyrical over Jesse Marsch ahead of Leeds United v Southampton
Ralph Hasenhuttl has been praising Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch in the build-up of the Southampton Premier League clash this weekend.
The Saints boss has received plenty of plaudits for his work at St. Mary’s and believes that the American is on course to become a success.
He has been pleased by his development as a coach, having watched his stints at Red Bull Salzburg and RB Leipzig.

Hasenhuttl said, “He’s an outstanding character, he’s very close to the players. It was interesting to watch his development as a coach, I think the step he made was absolutely good. It’s the right way to go.”
Game appreciates game
Hasenhuttl himself has earned plenty of plaudits throughout his Premier League career.
Much like Marsch, he arrived as an outsider and is now winning over support from the neutrals.
A few good seasons for him could see him making the move up to a top six club.
On the other hand, the American is still a relative unknown among Premier League clubs.

He will have to impress his doubters first by keeping Leeds in the division and avoiding relegation.
Playing a good style of football is also a prerogative for the Elland Road faithful so winning them over is not easy either.
Big things in the pipeline await Marsch and we’re hoping that he’s the right man for the job.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are leading the race to complete a major signing and have already opened talks to seal a £25m deal.
