Patrick Bamford hurt himself while celebrating Leeds equaliser v Brentford
Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford is a doubt for Saturday’s trip to Chelsea after injuring himself against Brentford, according to Sportsmail.
The one-cap England international came off the bench on Sunday (5 December) to bag the late equaliser in the 2-2 draw against the Bees at Elland Road, but he picked up a knock to a hamstring while celebrating the goal.
Bamford only recently returned to action having been out since September, but could now spend some days on the sidelines and miss the Premier League clash against the Blues on Saturday (11 December).

Massive blow
The Leeds ace ran off following his 95th-minute goal against Brentford as the whole place erupted, but it appears his jubilation could now come at a cost.
An ankle injury he picked up against Newcastle United saw him miss almost three months, with the Whites playing nine league games without him.
Bamford has not been definitely ruled out against the visit to his former side, but things do not look good at the moment and Marcelo Bielsa will be providing an update during the pre-match conference later this week.

Being without him for the clash against Thomas Tuchel’s side will be a massive blow, and the club will be hoping he can recover quickly.
Bielsa will not be keen to rush him back into action in order not to worsen things, though.
Leeds face Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool next after the weekend, and they will prefer if Bamford misses only the Chelsea trip as opposed to rushing him back into action and doing more damage to the hamstring.
In other Leeds United news, a major update on Whites January bid to sign attacker has been provided, with pen-to-paper imminent.
