'MOTM', 'Incredible' - Some Leeds fans drool over 'best player' for display v West Brom
Jack Harrison has had some season for Leeds United.
Last term, the 23-year-old seemed to be criticised each week by Leeds supporters but now, you cannot stop them from raving about him.
Harrison has barely put a foot wrong this season and was once again on top of his form on New Years Day when the Whites drew 1-1 against title rivals West Brom at The Hawthorns.
In the second half, Harrison’s superb cross found Patrick Bamford, whose headed effort was deflected in off Semi Ajayi to secure an equaliser for Leeds.
It won’t go down as an assist, but the former New York City winger has been crucial in providing chances to the Leeds attack this term.
According to stats by WhoScored, the on-loan winger supplied three key passes to the away side’s attack and no other player on the pitch managed more.
Harrison’s form is one of the reasons why Leeds are top of the Championship table and fans could not hide their joy about his latest display for them on Wednesday.
Here is a selection of their tweets:
Thought Harrison was MOTM tonight. Really surprised to see fans saying that no end product, can't cross etc. Thought he put some quality crosses in tonight.

Harrison was Leeds' best player that half. He's so reliable as an outlet now. Carries ball off both feet really well, can offer solutions inside or out because of it.
When he becomes more decisive in the final 3rd, he'll be fantastic. #LUFC

West Brom done nothing over than score a scrappy first minute goal and Kiko made a good save.
Cost has been poor and Eddie off the pace.
Best player has been Harrison for me, followed by Dallas.#WBALEE #LUFC

Game we could have won or lost and I would definitely take a point. Bamford should have squared it at the end but he was the difference maker today. Thought ‘Jackie’ Harrison was excellent today

As this next fan points out, Harrison would be a top addition for Leeds if they can sign him on a permanent basis in the summer.
It would more than likely take promotion to the Premier League for a deal to be agreed but even if is yet another loan from Man City, the 23-year-old is someone who Victor Orta needs to snap up.
Jack Harrison has been incredible this game… and pretty much every other game. Will be a top signing if we go up. #LUFC

Shout out for yesterday to Harrison for another assist, Douglas probably best half I've seen him play in an #lufc shirt and Costa who really is coming into his own… also Bamford (although should have passed to Klich Klich towards the end) not letting that get in the way.

We had the better possession. They had the better chances. Two tired looking teams at the end of the Christmas period. Bamford’s impact was huge. Harrison brilliant again: our main creative outlet throughout. Tho a dodgy punch at the start have to say Kiko MOTM. FT 1-1
