Marc Roca arrives at Elland Road to secure his Leeds United move
Bayern Munich midfielder Marc Roca has arrived at Elland Road to undergo his Leeds United medical on 17 June ahead of his move.
The Square Ball has shared video footage on Twitter on Friday (shots taken by Twitter account JosephY180205) where Roca, 25, is seen entering the club building to undergo his medical.
The Guardian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, reported on 17 June on his Twitter account that Roca will be joining in a deal worth £10.2million plus add-ons. The paperwork is also ready.
The Square Ball wrote on Twitter: “Roca is in the building. Repeat, Roca is in the building.”
Quality addition
Roca will be a terrific signing for the Whites.
He may have struggled at Bayern, but his records in Spain were enviable. In fact, he did well for the German giants in patches last season.
Roca is primarily a number six, but he can also play as a defensive midfielder if needed.
If the medical process goes smoothly, there is a high chance that the deal could be announced on Friday.
He will become the third signing of the summer for the Whites after the club already added Brenden Aaronson and Rasmus Kristensen to their ranks.

There have been suggestions Roca won’t be a replacement for Kalvin Phillips who is attracting interest from a host of Premier League clubs.
In case Phillips leaves, the Whites are likely to add one or two midfielders to fill the void.
However, that is for the future. The transfer window is shaping up perfectly for Leeds, and so far all the signings have been superb.
