Luis Sinisterra Instagram post will certainly excite Leeds United fans

Leeds United fans will be delighted that Luis Sinisterra is now one step away from making his return after being ruled out with an injury.

While it wasn’t an image on the training pitch as most would see as a sure-shot sign that he’s back, he actually posted something on his Instagram account.

In what looks to be a bowling alley, he is no longer seen wearing protective equipment on his leg – a sign that he is on the right track.

The Colombian, who is very active on Instagram, shared a picture in the middle of November a picture that had him wearing a brace on his leg.

Sinisterra has not played since 23 October when he picked up an injury in the second half of the 3-2 loss against Fulham.

Before that, he was a regular for Leeds and Jesse Marsch will be thankful that Crysencio Summerville stepped up in his absence.

There’s a good chance that once the domestic season resumes Sinisterra is likely to be thrown right into the starting eleven.

He will be playing a few warmup games before and possibly getting minutes for the under-21s as well which will get him back to full fitness.

Leeds need to have their best players fit and available for the business end of the season as they could be in for another relegation battle and they need to ensure that they stay in the Premier League at all costs.

In other Leeds United news, a first-team defender may not have long left at Elland Road after “Awful” footage emerges from this month, making a January transfer imperative.
