Leeds United will push on in move for forward Noa Lang

Leeds United will push on in making a move for Club Brugge forward Noa Lang to avoid another Cody Gakpo-like situation, according to journalist Dean Jones.

Lang has openly admitted that Leeds United tried to sign him as far back as the summer of 2021 and it seems the Whites will renew their interest.

Jones confessed that Lang has got “massive” potential and he expects Leeds United will push on with a transfer for the winger soon.

“They want to avoid that disappointment of suffering on someone like Gakpo and missing out on them and then seeing them linked with every big club in Europe, basically, the same thing will happen with Noa Lang,” said Jones as quoted by GIVEMESPORT.

“He’s got massive potential and is already doing really well, so I would expect them to push on with that soon.”

Classy.

Hopefully, Jones is right about this one, Lang is as classy as they come and would be a real coup for Leeds United should they sign him.

Eagle-eyed fans of the UEFA Champions League over the last two seasons will know this, somewhere Lang has excelled during his time at Brugge.

He would add a different kind of flair to the Leeds United attack too, at times Lang can look nonchalant but he makes things happen as soon as the ball is at his feet.

A trait that the world’s best footballers all have in abundance and something Lang also has in his talented and tricky arsenal.

He’s netted on four occasions in 16 outings alongside three assists for his team so far this campaign and carrying on from his nine goals and 15 assists in 48 appearances across all competitions last season.

With the January transfer window right around the corner, it looks like Leeds United could make a move for Lang, something that should be welcomed with open arms by fans.

In other Leeds United news, an attacker linked with a move to Elland Road claims that he could leave his Champions League club in the January transfer window.
