Leeds United want to sign Chaves defender Bruno Langa
Leeds United and Nottingham Forest are reportedly keen on signing Chaves left-back Bruno Langa who's keen on leaving this summer.
According to O Jogo [16 March], the two English sides along with teams in France have shown an interest in signing the 25-year-old as well.
It's understood that Leeds have made initial contact over the Mozambique international's availability and he will be considering all options.
Makes sense
Langa is an attack-minded full-back who will be a solid fit for this Leeds side and one they must consider signing.
Even if Junior Firpo stays beyond this summer, they need another out-and-out left-back who can compete for places with him.
The 25-year-old could even be better than the former Barcelona defender and it's a healthy competition for places that will only make this team better.
Langa also has the ability to find the back of the net as his goal scored in a relegation playoff last year has been lauded as "outstanding".
He's also got the ability to deliver a killer cross into the penalty area - something that modern full-backs need to have in their arsenal.
Signing him as second choice would make a whole lot of sense and it remains to be seen if Leeds do end up following up with their interest.
