Leeds United to make four major signings this summer – Dean Jones
Leeds United are expected to make four new signings this summer, according to Dean Jones.
The journalist has suggested that there are “no doubts” that Victor Orta will target a brand new centre-forward for Jesse Marsch at Elland Road after big trouble with Patrick Bamford.
Brenden Aaronson has already been confirmed as an early marquee addition, meaning the Whites may only look to bring in three fresh new faces between now and deadline day.

Speaking to GIVE ME SPORT on Sunday evening [29 May], Jones shared what he expects to happen on the transfer front in West Yorkshire over the next couple of months.
“I think, realistically, four good signings is probably what you could expect because of the way the market is going to be in terms of the value of people,” he wrote.
“They’re going to go for a striker, there’s no doubt about that.”

Enough?
Much of this will likely depend on the future of some of our key men like Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips.
If those two leave, more signings will be needed, but if they stay, it is all about reinforcing the squad and making sure there is much more depth available.
Aaronson likely covers those spots behind the front two under Marsch, so a new striker coming in will ease the burden on those current options available.
A new central midfielder is desperately needed, and with big links over Calvin Ramsay, it looks as though full-back could be the last of those four new signings.
Leeds are always ready to move if someone becomes available, we have seen that with the likes of Dan James in recent years, so it would be foolish to definitively rule out more than this happening.
Right now though, four new faces appear to be a realistic aim, especially if we can keep hold of our best players.
