Leeds United star Jack Harrison sends positive Instagram message
Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has sent a positive Instagram message after he missed the game against Newcastle United.
The winger tested positive for Covid but claimed that he would be back soon after missing his first league game of the season.
The 24-year-old had started all four of the Whites’ league games up until last night, and if he had been fit, you would think he would have played against the Toon as well.
Harrison said: “So frustrated to be missing the game due to COVID, but I’ll be supporting the boys from home and be back real soon.
“Thanks for all the well wishes; I’m feeling fine. Good luck lads!”
Good news for Leeds.
The Whites haven’t had the best of starts to the season and have failed to win one league game yet.
However, they do have a lot of injuries and suspensions to worry about, so it is good to see that Harrison thinks he will be back in action soon.
Dan James was handed his first start in place of the former Manchester City winger, and he was still clearly getting to grips with the new tactics.

Of course, the Welshman is a quality player, and you would expect he will get better with time, but the Whites did miss Harrison against Newcastle.
Last season, the winger scored twice and provided one assist against Steve Bruce’s side, and they could have done with his end product last night.
However, it seems as if they won’t have to be without him for too much longer, which is great news for everyone connected with the Whites.
